- Deepening your own self-awareness
- Deepening your own life of faith
- A range of forms of meditation
Meditation weekends
"Walk the paths your heart shows you."
Over this weekend we give time to the verse Ecclesiastes 11:9. Jesus invites us to risk new paths, towards life in its fullness. The weekend invites us to reconsider meanings and perspectives in the light of the commandment of love, and to let them work on us.
Eutony, music and movement, the liturgy as it is lived, the exchange within the group and the chance of a personal conversation all help with this. Passages of scripture and periods of silence on the theme give trust and a sense of being held in faith.

"Living simply" — spiritual companionship for individuals or teams
Living simply — is that still possible at all?
In a working and personal life that is often about gathering ever more knowledge, experience and events, and gathering them in the shortest possible time, this can eventually overwhelm us. We lose our balance more easily, because the time for leisure and for necessary stillness is no longer there. Being permanently turned outwards also makes inner growth harder; we overlook our own being.
We fail to look at what is essential, our now, with all our senses, to sense our way into it and reflect on it. We forget to enjoy our now — the new is already beckoning.
And yet perhaps the new is already contained in our now. Would we recognise it? What would it be like to simplify the space we live in, to rediscover what is old and to let go of what is unnecessary?
"Being a Christian today — opportunity and challenge in a crisis"
Spiritual companionship for groups and teams.
In times of crisis it becomes clearer what faith means for my life as a Christian.
We take time and space to notice, calmly and without strain, the treasures of faith we have lived through. Alone or within the group, we consider what this means for my own life.
"Held in God — traces in my life"
Following the traces of your own faith and their effects, calmly and attentively — together in the group and also alone, with the option of a personal conversation.
I offer this theme as a one-day or two-day event.
