According to the season and the time in the Christian year, you come to know the variety of meditative dance and find inner stillness in it.

A pleasure in dancing, a suitable room and the right kind of floor are the only requirements for taking part.

Dance has always belonged to faith. Miriam the prophet took up her timbrel, and all the women followed her with timbrels and dancing.

Within my events we dance whenever the participants wish it.
